07/01/2010 - Pittsburgh, PA (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Philadelphia Phillies manager Charlie Manuel has been suspended one game and fined an undisclosed amount for his aggressive arguing and inappropriate contact with an umpire during the 10th inning of the team's victory over Cincinnati late Tuesday.

Manuel was tossed from the game in the top half of the inning for arguing balls and strikes and making contact with CB Bucknor.

The Phillies' field general is scheduled to serve his suspension on Thursday in the opener of a four-game series against the Pirates at PNC Park.
